ATTENDANCE POLICY

Students must be present for 100% of the course instruction to be eligible to complete the course.

COMPLETION REQUIREMENTS

Students are required to be present 100% of the time during the instruction period. This course will not issue a certificate of completion without the student's participation and full attendance. Depending on the nature of the course, the student may be assessed and required to meet evaluation requirements as set forth by Chapter 493 of Florida law. Upon fulfilling all criteria, the student will be issued a certificate of completion.

COURSE PRICE

Upon completion of the school enrollment agreement, when classes of the course are provided and completed, all applicable school fees will be charged, subject to full payment by the student to the Academy instructor as set forth in the course price mentioned above. Fees may be paid in cash, money order, or with a major credit card (personal checks are not accepted). A printed receipt will be issued and signed for all fee transactions.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND REQUESTS

All cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing. Written cancellation requests can be sent via email to fastdraw305@gmail.com. Written requests must include: the full name of the registrant, a phone number or email address directly reaching the registrant, and the name of the course and the date they wish to cancel.

CODE OF CONDUCT

The Code of Conduct applies to all individuals on school property or attending a training class or school function. The staff of Fast Draw Security Guard Academy LLC is committed to promoting an environment conducive to learning, and as such, all students enrolling in our classes must be orderly and respectful. All staff and students will maintain an atmosphere of mutual respect and dignity. All staff will establish clear lines of communication with students during the training session and encourage students to do the same.

ENROLLMENT REJECTION

Fast Draw Security Guard Academy LLC reserves the right to reject or cancel enrollment for any reason, unless specified by applicable federal, state, or local laws. Reasons for rejecting or canceling enrollment may include, but are not limited to: criminality, whether suspected or proven, incorrect or fraudulent information provided by the student, the student is under 18 years of age, intent to harm, etc.

FLORIDA CLASS "D" LICENSE

You must take 40 hours at our location. The State of Florida requires a total of 40 hours of instruction for Class "D" license training. At Fast Draw Security Guard Academy LLC, we offer the 40-hour Class "D" training over a 5-day period in the classroom.

28-Hour Firearms Safety Training Course: Students must possess a current and valid "D" Security Guard License and an Unarmed Security Guard registration to take this course. The student is responsible for purchasing ammunition for the course. By registering for this course and signing the Enrollment Agreement, the student agrees to these terms and has met these requirements. Students who fail to provide this required documentation on the scheduled course date will not be able to attend class.

G License and Recertification Material at the Shooting Range:

1. Round-neck T-shirt, dress shirt, or polo - NO SLEEVELESS OR LOW-CUT SHIRTS ALLOWED

2. If you wear glasses, please bring them to class.

3. Firearm (available for rent for $25) • 150 rounds of ammunition (ONLY ON THE DAY OF THE SHOOTING RANGE)

4. If you bring your own firearm, it MUST have a minimum of 3 magazines (semiautomatics) or 3 speed loaders of 6 rounds (revolvers).

Security Guard Training Courses: All Security Guard Training Courses in Florida require a minimum score of 70% on all course exams to successfully complete the course.

The enrollment agreement is the signed contract between the student and Fast Draw Security Guard Academy LLC. The agreement specifies the conditions under which Fast Draw Security Guard Academy LLC will provide instruction to the student. It also specifies all costs that the student must pay to enroll in a specific course or training program. A completed copy of the enrollment agreement will be provided to the student at the time of enrollment. The terms contained within the enrollment agreement are described on this page. By completing enrollment in the courses, you agree to the Enrollment Agreement and Terms and Conditions.

By completing the registration process for any course offered by Fast Draw Security Guard Academy LLC or any of its affiliates, the student agrees to the Enrollment Agreement and all Terms and Conditions described on this page.
